Communicable Disease Space-Time Cluster Detection

This zip file contains sample analysis files necessary for replicating analyses presented in the Video Tutorials. These files are intended for use with SaTScan v10.3.3 or later.

      • Input_files subfolder with sample case input file in csv format

  3. Supporting files folder containing:
    • Census tract centroid coordinates for NYC, per Census 2010 definitions
    • Census tract network file
    • Sample cache file for distinguishing cases newly added to clusters
