   sex:  1=male, 2=female

   age_group: 1 = 0-4 years, 2 = 5-9 years, ..., 18 = 85+ years
   race: 1=white, 2=black, 3=other
   sex:  1=male, 2=female

   Note: Cibola county was split from Valencia in 1981, and
   in this dataset the population of both are listed under
   "Valencia" for all years 1973-1991.
